If you wish to be referred to one of our animal specialists, please request a referral from your family veterinarian. Your veterinarian can also advise you as to which service or specialist is qualified to handle your pet’s unique medical needs. Once you have discussed this with your veterinarian, simply call our office of choice to make an appointment.
Communicating With Us
We want your communications with us to be clear, concise, and easy:
- Our receptionists will be able to answer many of your questions but please understand that they are not medically trained.
- Whenever a receptionist cannot answer your question, a veterinary technician or the doctor will be consulted so that your inquiry is properly answered.
- When it is necessary for you to communicate directly with your pet’s doctor, it will work best to let us return your call.
- If your pet is admitted for a procedure or critical care, we will call you with an update each day before noon.
